RATES & PRICING
All fares are charged per passenger and calculated according to Above & Beyond Transportation Services’ Pennsylvania PUC-approved tariff.
STANDARD SERVICE
- Up to and including 3 loaded miles $20 one way
- Over 3 through 5 loaded miles $25 one way
- Over 5 through 10 loaded miles $35 one way
EVENING SERVICE
- Up to and including 3 loaded miles $30 one way
- Over 3 through 5 loaded miles $35 one way
- Over 5 through 10 loaded miles $45 one way
WEEKEND SERVICE
- Up to and including 10 loaded miles $40 one way
HOLIDAY SERVICE
- Up to and including 10 loaded miles $45 one way
TRIPS OVER 10 LOADED MILES
An additional $2.50 per loaded mile, or any fraction thereof, applies after the first 10 loaded miles.
Additional Fare Details
- Round trips are charged as two one-way trips.
- Reservations must be made at least two hours before travel.
- A reservation accepted less than two hours before travel is subject to a $20 short-notice reservation fee.
- The first 10 minutes of waiting time at the pickup location are free.
- After the first 10 minutes, waiting time is $15 for every 15-minute increment or fraction thereof.
- Waiting requested during a trip is $15 for every 15-minute increment or fraction thereof.
- Additional stops along the same general route are $10 per stop.
- Applicable mileage charges also apply if an additional stop changes the original route.
- Tolls, parking, entrance fees and other passenger-requested expenses may be added when applicable.
- Loaded mileage begins at the passenger’s pickup location and ends when the passenger is dropped off.

Recurring and Contract Transportation
“Recurring and contract transportation may be available to qualifying organizations and government-supported programs. Contract terms and rates are established separately in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania PUC requirements.”
